Genes, the Genetic Code, DNA and Stem Cells

Students who take this class will gain a basic understanding
of the fundamentals of genetics.  Starting with the basics
of proteins, we build an understanding of the forms and
functions of DNA (the double helix), chromosomes, genes,
the genetic code and genetic diseases. We’ll conclude with
a study of stem cells and cloning.
